HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We require booking at maximum 1 month in advance.
HOW DO I BOOK A PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEO COVERAGE?

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OR RETAINER FEE?
For italian residents, we require a 50% retainer fee while for foreign clients we require a full payment.
HOW DO I CONFIRM MY BOOKING?
Once the payment has been confirmed, the booking is confirmed.
WHAT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
It depends on the coverage, we can offer a 1/2 photographers option or a plus video option.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash payments or bank transfer for italian residents and payment via Stripe or Paypal for foreign clients.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Unfortunately no.
IS IT REFUNDABLE?
The retainer fee is refundable only for Italian residents who paid in cash, up to a maximum of one month before the booked date.
The retainer fee is non-refundable for all foreign clients.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR WEATHER IS ROUGH?
Our service is guaranteed rain or shine.
ARE TRAVEL COSTS INCLUDED?
Yes, the price we provide in the quotation also includes any necessary travel and lodging costs.
DO YOU WORK WITH A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
It depends on the coverage.
DO YOU OFFER HALF-DAY OR FULL DAY COVERAGE?
For events, we offer at least 1 hr coverage or, half and full day coverage.
DO YOU ALSO CAPTURE VIDEO?
Yes. We can also provide a videomaker.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION OUTSIDE VENICE?
All services within the Veneto region and the Udine area are included in the price. Services outside these areas are subject to an additional travel fee and, if necessary, a lodging fee.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTOS (and or video)?
Delivery is 1 week after the event date depending on the coverage. A full day coverage may take us 1 month to deliver.
DO YOU RETOUCH OR PHOTOSHOP THE PHOTOS?
Yes. We do a basic and lighting editing.
CAN I REQUEST EXTRA RETOUCHING OR EDITING?
Any additional editing requested after delivery is subject to an extra charge.
DO YOU DELIVER RAW OR EDITED FILES?
No, it is not included, nor is it an option.
HOW MANY MINUTES OF VIDEO DO I RECEIVE?
The photo and video package includes a 2 to 3 minute highlight video of the event, depending on the coverage. If you wish to include full speech or discussion coverage, an additional fee will apply, as it requires our videomaker’s extra equipment. Drone videos or photos also incur an additional charge.
A 40-minute video option may be available depending on the videomaker assigned to your event.
CAN I ASK EXTRA EDITING ON THE VIDEO OR MUSIC CHANGE?
Our photo and video package includes one revision. Any additional revisions afterward are subject to an extra charge.
WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT OF THE PHOTOS?
In accordance with Italian Law No. 633, Article 98 of April 22, 1941, and the Italian Court of Cassation ruling No. 4094 of June 28, 1980, all rights to the images are reserved to the author. Clients who have paid for their session are authorized to use the images exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes and are not permitted to share them with third parties, including but not limited to other providers, without the author’s explicit consent.
DO YOU SHARE PHOTOS WITH THIRD PARTIES?
We share photos only on our website and social media platforms for commercial purposes, as well as through our provider, Pic-Time, for digital photo delivery to clients.
In accordance with the European GDPR and Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we do not share any of your data, including photos, with third parties without your consent.
CAN I ASK NOT TO HAVE MY IMAGES PUBLISHED?
In accordance with the European Privacy Policy (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we do not share your photos without your consent. We will always request your permission before any publication. If you prefer that your photos are not shared online, we will fully respect your privacy.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Venice, Treviso and Udine area.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE VENICE/TREVISO/UDINE?
We are always available to travel outside our standard areas; however, additional travel and lodging fees will apply.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND MAKEUP ARTISTS OR STYLISTS?
Yes
DO YOU OFFER PHOTO ALBUMS OR PRINTS?
We offer photo albums and prints through our partner, IlFotoAlbum (for Italian residents), and through our provider, Pic-Time (for foreign clients).
For Graduations
WHAT DO YOU COVER?
The coverage includes everything from the discussion to the formal ceremony. The price will vary depending on whether these two events take place on separate dates.
DO YOU ALSO DO AFTER PARTY COVERAGE?
Yes, upon request.
DO YOU ALSO DO GROUP PHOTOS?
Yes. After the ceremony, we take group photos with family and friends.
