We require bookings at maximum 1 month in advance.

HOW DO I BOOK A PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEO COVERAGE?

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OR RETAINER FEE?

Yes and no. We don't require a retainer fee for all Italian residents while a full payment is required for all foreign clients.

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY BOOKING?

Once the retainer fee payment has been confirmed, the booking is confirmed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash payments or bank transfer for italian residents and payment via Stripe or Paypal for foreign clients. 

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Unfortunately no.

IS IT REFUNDABLE?

The retainer fee in not refundable for all foreign clients.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR WEATHER IS ROUGH?

Our service is guaranteed rain or shine however we will comunicate anything regarding the forecast 3 days before the photoshoot.

ARE TRAVEL COSTS INCLUDED?

Yes. The price we provide in the quotation also includes any necessary travel and lodging costs.

DO YOU WORK WITH A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?

Usually no, but you can ask for 2 photographers option.

For Surprise Proposals in a paparazzi style, our 2-photographer option with "Super" Package is required.

HOW LONG IS THE SESSION?

We offer from 1 hour to 2 hours session depending on the locations.

DO YOU ALSO CAPTURE VIDEO?

Yes. We can also provide a videomaker.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION OUTSIDE VENICE?

All services within the Veneto region and the Udine area are included in the price. Services outside these areas are subject to an additional travel fee and, if necessary, a lodging fee.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?

You'll receive over 100 photos, from which you'll be able to choose your favorites yourself.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTOS (and or video)?

Delivery is 1 week after the booked date.

DO YOU RETOUCH OR PHOTOSHOP THE PHOTOS?

Yes. The reason it takes this long is that we want you to receive the highest quality photos for your special day. (Body morphing is not included and is not offered as an option.)

CAN I REQUEST EXTRA RETOUCHING OR EDITING?

Any additional editing requested after delivery is subject to an extra charge.

DO YOU DELIVER RAW OR EDITED FILES?

No, it is not included, nor is it an option.

WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT OF THE PHOTOS?

In accordance with Italian Law No. 633, Article 98 of April 22, 1941, and the Italian Court of Cassation ruling No. 4094 of June 28, 1980, all rights to the images are reserved to the author. Clients who have paid for their session are authorized to use the images exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes and are not permitted to share them with third parties, including but not limited to other providers, without the author’s explicit consent.

DO YOU SHARE PHOTOS WITH THIRD PARTIES?

We share photos only on our website and social media platforms for commercial purposes, as well as through our provider, Pic-Time, for digital photo delivery to clients.

In accordance with the European GDPR and Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we do not share any of your data, including photos, with third parties without your consent.

DO YOU HELP CHOOSE LOCATIONS FOR THE SHOOT?

We select the locations for the photoshoot. If you prefer a private venue for your session, all necessary authorizations and permits must be obtained by the client.

CAN YOU RECOMMEND MAKEUP ARTISTS OR STYLISTS?

DO YOU OFFER PHOTO ALBUMS OR PRINTS?

We offer photo albums and prints through our partner, IlFotoAlbum (for Italian residents), and through our provider, Pic-Time (for foreign clients).
