HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

For weddings and elopements we require booking at maximum 3 months in advance.

HOW DO I BOOK A PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEO COVERAGE?

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OR RETAINER FEE?

Yes, for weddings and elopements, we require a retainer fee of at least €300.00 depending on the coverage.

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY BOOKING?

Once the retainer fee payment has been confirmed, the booking is confirmed.

WHAT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER FOR WEDDINGS?

We offer: a 2 photographers option; Photos + Video option which includes 2 photographers and 1 videomaker.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash or bank transfers from Italian residents, and payments via Stripe or PayPal from foreign clients

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Unfortunately no.

IS IT REFUNDABLE?

The retainer fee is refundable only for all italian residents who paid in cash, upto maximum of 2 months before the wedding/elopement date. 

The retainer fee is non-refundable for all foreign clients.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR WEATHER IS ROUGH?

Our service is guaranteed rain or shine.

ARE TRAVEL COSTS INCLUDED?

Yes. The price we provide in the quotation also includes any applicable travel and lodging costs.

DO YOU WORK WITH A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?

Yes. The price also includes a second photographer to ensure the best quality of your photos.

DO YOU OFFER HALF-DAY OR FULL DAY WEDDING COVERAGE?

We offer both options. The Half-Day includes upto 4 hours coverage, while the Full Day includes at least 8 hours coverage.

CAN YOU COVER BOTH THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

It depends. For Half-Day coverage, we include the ceremony and newlyweds session, and you can choose whether to add a portion of the reception or the preparation.

For Full Day coverage includes: preparation, ceremony, newlyweds session, reception, bouquet toss, cake cutting and after party.

DO YOU ALSO CAPTURE VIDEO?

Yes. We can also provide a videomaker upon request during the quotation.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION OUTSIDE VENICE?

All services within the Veneto region and Udine area are included in the price. Services outside these areas are subject to an additional travel fee and, if necessary lodging fee.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?

It depends on the number of guests. For around 70 guests, we usually deliver at least 300 photos for a full day coverage.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTOS (and or video)?

Delivery usually takes upto 2 months; however, during high season months such as May, June, July, September, October and February, delivery may take upto 3 months.

DO YOU RETOUCH OR PHOTOSHOP THE PHOTOS?

Yes. The reason it takes this long is that we want you to receive the highest quality photos for your  big day. (Body morphing is not included and is not offered as an option.)

CAN I REQUEST EXTRA RETOUCHING OR EDITING?

Any additional editing requests after delivery is subject to an extra charge.

DO YOU DELIVER RAW OR EDITED FILES?

No, nor is it offered an option.

HOW MANY MINUTES OF VIDEO DO I RECEIVE?

The photos + video package includes a 5 to 10 minutes video highlight of your wedding in FullHD. If you wish to have full ceremony coverage, extra charge will apply, as it requires our videomaker extra equipment. Drone videos or photos also incur extra fee.

A 40 minute video option may be available depending on which videomaker is available to your event.

CAN I ASK EXTRA EDITING ON THE VIDEO OR MUSIC CHANGE?

Our photos + video option includes only 1 revision. Any additional revisions afterwards are subject to an extra charge.

WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT OF THE PHOTOS?

As per Italian Law 633 Art. 98 of April 22nd 1941 and the Italian's Highest Court of Appeals no. 4094 of June 28th 1980, all rights reserved are of the author of the images. Clients who paid for their session are authorized to use them exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes, and are not authorized to pass the images on to third parties, including but not limited to other providers without the author's expressed consent.

DO YOU SHARE PHOTOS WITH THIRD PARTIES?

We share photos only on our website, social media platforms for commercial purposes, and through our provider, Pic-Time, for digital photo delivery to our clients.

In accordance with the European GDPR and Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we do not share any of your data, including photos, with third parties without your consent.
