9. Photo Storage and Deletion

9.1. Storage Duration: At Pick’A Pic, your photos are stored in our cloud services for a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of the photoshoot.
9.2. Gallery Archiving: After the 2-week period, your full gallery will be archived, and it will be kept for up to 1 year from the photoshoot session.
9.3. Client Responsibility: It is the Client's responsibility to download all of their photos within the 2-week time frame. We do not send reminders or notifications prior to the deletion of your gallery.
9.4. Permanent Deletion: After 1 year from the photoshoot, all photos and email will be permanently deleted from our archives, and we will no longer have access to them.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

10.1. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We do not notify our clients of any changes of the new Privacy Policy.

10.2. You are advised to review this Policy upon booking.
